The International Symposium on Microelectronics is being organized by the International Microelectronics Assembly and Packaging Society (IMAPS). The IMAPS Technical Committee seeks original papers that present progress on technologies throughout the entire microelectronics/packaging supply chain. Further information will follow soon.
