IMAPS Fall Conference (German)

Every fall, IMAPS Germany hosts an annual conference on current topics in interconnect technology across all fields of application. To secure, strengthen, and further develop Germany as a business location, IMAPS Germany sees the annual conference as an important platform for the close professional discussion between industry and academia, as well as production and research, that is necessary to achieve this goal.

IMAPS Germany, part of the International Microelectronics and Packaging Society (IMAPS), has been the forum in Germany since 1973 for everyone involved in microelectronics and assembly and interconnection technology. With just under 250 members, we pursue three goals: we connect science and practice, we ensure the exchange of information among our members, and we represent our members’ views in international committees.
